BACK ORDERS: If any item of your purchase is out of stock, we will aim to fulfill your order as soon as possible. We will normally contact you to ensure that you are happy to wait for the completion of your order.

GUARANTEE: All products are supplied with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.

DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE GOODS: Items found to be damaged or incomplete after opening must be notified to Aquatics & Pets within 24 hours of receipt. Otherwise we will not be held responsible for such items. Goods found damaged or incomplete before opening should not be accepted by the customer and returned to the deliverer.

REPLACE AND REFUND POLICY: We undertake to replace or refund any item that does not meet your satisfaction, subject to the goods being returned to us, unused and in the original packing, within 14 days, with returned carriage at the customers cost. All returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received, in good condition, by Aquatics & Pets. Your statutory rights are not affected.
